  - Done

- Moshiul draft new IQ check for reasonable C_comp for high speed
  - Done

- Mike propose IBISCHK bug for 5.5.6
  - TBD

- Mike regenerate the TOC in 1.1ak
  - Done

New items:

Some people had trouble calling in

AR: Mike look into MeetingPlace issues

Bob: Some people might be watching the inauguration next week
- We decided to hold the meeting anyway

Moshiul's AR:
- Mike showed email sent by Moshiul
- Moshiul: For high speed, C_comp should include both input and output modes
  - This decision is up to the model maker
  - It makes more difference with large topologies
- Mike: The mean value is never actually correct
  - David: How about commenting one out?
- Lance: There are 4 split C_comp params
  - Has anyone tried that to see if it is different in input mode?
  - Mike: Not likely to disable the rails in input mode
- David: IBIS needs a new C_comp keyword
- Mike proposed using 3 commented out values: on, off, average
  - Pavani: On state is usually larger than off
  - David: Agree
- David: If driving mode C_comp is larger, then we are leaving margin on
the table when the model is used for input

Next meeting:
